Yup I heat them for 12 min at 200 degrees and they "pop" right off. Very easy! That's what I thought at first too when I started looking at the housings but then I baked them and came right apart!

Heres the new HD pictures of the Matchbox projector Fog lights, I still have to weatherproof the backside of the light with a long rubber boot. If anyone is interested I can get them done in a few days, they are very quick to retrofit.

Just finished up the fog lights tonight. And will be shipping them out this week! I had to modify the mounting bracket that supports to light to accept the boot I used to waterproof the light.

Put the fogs on my truck for testing and wow are they bright, even in half daylight! I also love the sharp cutoff for such a small projector. Here are some more pictures of the finished product.

Thanks for the comments guys, these are very easy to do and would love to do more for all of you! I have another customer that wants his blacked out along with his headlights Ill be doing. Afterwards his truck will be totally BLACK, Not one speck of chrome left! I know I am a little picture heavy but I like you guys to see the actual work I do and not just talk about it. Just like the saying, " a picture is worth a thousand words."
