What the heck is going on? I have HID fog and headlights, each wired through a harness to the battery directly. HOWEVER, lately(I don't know what happened to start it) my dog lights haven't been working. I turn them on and nothing... But here's the weird thing, when I go to turn them off, I hear what sounds like an electrical arcing clicking sound and I swear it's coming from the left door speaker(I don't think all of them) and it happens no matter how quickly I turn my fogs on and off. No idea when this started or what's causing it... Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Bad Ground!?

Did you ground them to a existing ground on the vehicle or to its own grounding location?

Their own location. Sanded the paint off the frame behind the headlights and used self tapping screws for each wire harness. I've had them installed for quite some time and no issues... And even now, they will work 1 out of maybe 10 times I try them after turnover truck on.

Default Dog Lights?

What are dog lights? No but seriously, might be a bad on/off switch.

Relay on harness probably going bad if both are failing to ignite.

Could be bad ballasts also but both going bad at same time is rare. Ballasts will put out a ton of interference.

Here's something interesting... I just got in my truck to go out and they turned on and after about 30 seconds I heard it click off and now they won't even toggle on/off using the factory fog light switch. So something electrical it seems...
