Default First trip loaded

Si I have a 11 screw fx4 with 6 inch lift and 35s. My lower valence has been trimmed and hasn't been rubbing even at full turn. I went a trip this weekend and had 5 guys total in th cab. All of us around 280 pounds. Every time I took a turn I'd start rubbing the valence again. My question is is that normal. Should the weight of 5 men make the truck droop that much or do I have something wrong with my suspension ie. Weak shocks or springs. And as for luggage it wasn't much. 5 small carry on bags with enough clothes for a one night stay.

With 1400 lbs of people in the cab plus luggage you were probably close to the factory payload capacity. It's possible that your truck with the 6" lift isn't capable of the factory payload capacity??
I wouldn't worry too much... just trim more.

Probably well over payload capacity unless you have the HD Payload package. My payload on my truck is only like 1250lbs or something like that. Nassty is right though, I wouldn't worry about.

You are fine like they just said trim more where it rubbed. When suspension is added to allow use of larger tires and wheels they need to be checked for full suspension and steering articulation.
