Default First f150 help with electronics

So, i have been a chevy man my entire life, im a member of corvette forum, thirdgen.net and now F150 forum. All run the same layout.
so, my first F150 is a 2009 Lariat fully loaded minus the 4x4. I have owned ford car in the passed, but none this complex. Its a Houston flood car. Everything works well except both seats dont move up or down, forward or back. Heated/cooled seats wont come on, duel climate controlled works 75% just driver side heat dont come on. Power steering column dont work. Power pedals do work. I have replaced the DSM and a ton of fuses. Where do i look next? Mainly i want the driver side heat and steering column first. I figured its the seat motors and fans are out for the seat issues.

BTW, the truck is absolutely flawless and runs like a champ, for the $3500 i paid for it, i have ALOT of money left to fix these issues right.

You can stop right there. Gut the entire truck, replace the entire wiring harness and every electric/electronic device in it. Then come back if you have any further questions.

Your absolutely right about that, i am looking for a harness now. Probably just end up buying another truck and pull the parts i need. I can source a rearended truck for $1800

That would be the cheapest way to go. Harness alone probably costs more than that new.
