I have been all over this forum n other sites trying to find a good backup camera. I figured id do what others have done and out a monitor underneath my 4wd controls. But my problem is with the actual camera/position. I like the emblem. Tailgate second option. Third would be not to do one. I want a camera that has the mirrored lines to show the sides of my bumper to park. And at the same time I'm wanting to see just a little bit of my hitch so I can backup with no help. Too much to ask for not oem?

 

Hey moody. First time poster here. Just got my '13 XLT Friday, but I was shopping for accessories before that. I was looking for a backup camera as well, but my truck ended up coming with one. When I was looking however, I came across this one. It was the only one I liked because it mounted as the tailgate handle instead of mounting on the license plate holder or whatever. Just my 2 cents.

Have you checked out tailgatecamera.com ? Oem look, but plugs into anything with an RCA input. I had one on my truck for awhile, worked pretty decent.

 

They look good and yes I've checked em out. But you can't see the hitch. :/
