Finally, the new truck has its mud baptism
#41
Oh I didn't mean that everytime I offroad it gets muddy. The only place near me with year round mud is Azusa and it's always so crowded there. Most of my offroading is in dirt and sand. Most of the time my truck is just dusty after offroading so I don't bother washing it cause the wind takes most of it off. But when I do get it muddy I just spray the outside and dry it off and it looks like I never even went offroading. And saying that a seal will go bad is pretty pessimistic. I prefer to look at the glass half full in thinking I'm fine until something happens, which it hasn't yet so no worries here!

I spent a total of about 3-4 hours with a pressure washer trying to get get the bulk of the crap out of it, ha ha. That sticky clay mud with stalks and grass acted as a nice matrix and was a royal pain to get out. Still has a bit underneath it and needs a good full washing, but at least I can drive it now without it shaking from being so off balance
