Default finally bought a new truck

It's been over a year since I started here on this forum and as of mid February this year I am the proud owner of a 2013 F150 4x4 lariat screw.
It came loaded with nearly every bell and whistle available. The only thing it doesn't have is the interior lighting option and the elephant ears.
It has the EB engine and 3.55 gears.
Right now there's only a few minor modifications on it and three of them were done by the dealer before I even knew it was for sale on the lot.
Current mods are as follows:
305 55 r20 toyo open country at2
Ford oem running boards
Dealer installed 2.5in leveling kit
Razor trimax 6in drop hitch
Weather tech digitaltech floor mats (tan)
Line-X platinum bed liner with premium top coat
Recon white lightning tailgate light strip.

Now that I have the truck I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone here has the time and patience to answer since searching on my own has yielded few results.
For starters, regular or premium gas?
For the tires I have, what psi is recommended?
Lastly, are CAIs or programmers worth it for getting 1 to 2 mpg gains? If so, any recommendations?

Thanks to any and all who reply.

Lie. These trucks are tuned to run the lowest octane fuel. you shouldn't see any gains wasting money on premium

I would run regular. Either look on the tire for recommended psi or maybe the dealer amended the sticker on the door jam. Lots of yes and no's on cai's and programmer's. Personally after having gone thru it on the last truck, I say-no-leave it alone till the warranties run out. Then do whatever you would like.

The psi on the side wall says 65. Perhaps it's just me but the that seems a bit high.

Congrats on your truck, MY CHOICE ONLY, is not to program a new engine with a tune that might conflict with your warranty. I also agree 40 psi is what Toyo recommends for those tires'

Post a few pictures of your new ride, or it didn't really happen. Congrats!
