What tune are you running and what did you improve from it?

It has the EB engine and 3.55 gears.
Right now there's only a few minor modifications on it and three of them were done by the dealer before I even knew it was for sale on the lot.
Current mods are as follows:
305 55 r20 toyo open country at2
Ford oem running boards
Dealer installed 2.5in leveling kit
Razor trimax 6in drop hitch
Weather tech digitaltech floor mats (tan)
Line-X platinum bed liner with premium top coat
Recon white lightning tailgate light strip.

Now that I have the truck I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone here has the time and patience to answer since searching on my own has yielded few results.
For starters, regular or premium gas?
For the tires I have, what psi is recommended?
Lastly, are CAIs or programmers worth it for getting 1 to 2 mpg gains? If so, any recommendations?

Thanks to any and all who reply.
As for tunes...why not wait until you've put a few miles on it to see how it goes. These trucks all seem to come out of the factory with their own sort of "personality". Want to save gas? try driving 60 instead of 70...the difference is huge!

I can confirm that there is a difference when driving 60 vs 70. I get better mileage when I do.The trouble is that when I make my roughly once a month trip to the air base to go offshore there is a stretch on the highway that the limit is 70. It's very nerve wrecking to have everyone honking and passing me up because I'm going 10 under the limit.
I have 6300ish miles on the truck. Is this enough of a break in period or should I wait for 10k to really get a good idea of what my average mpg will be?

Not to fear pics are on the way. I just need to get to a computer to resize them so that I can post them on the forum.

Elephant ears?? Are you poking fun of my truck because it was born with abnormally huge, and extremely useful ears??

In all seriousness..Congrats! Everyone else already gave you sound advice to your questions...I just hope you heard them with your little ears!!

I have a lifetime average MPG of 17.5 running 87 octane. I tried 93 octane once and saw no improvement in power or MPG. I bought gas at Sam's club once and lost 4 MPG....so quality gas is recommended!

No,I was in no way poking fun at the towing mirrors on your truck. In fact I would have preferred them if I was given the choice when I bought the truck.
I agree, everyone here has given me great info and advice.I will take it into consideration in the future driving of my truck.
For now,I do have two more question.

To all who are averaging 17+mpg, what size tires do you have?
Could the tire size that I have be part of the reason for my lifetime average of 15.1mpg?
