Question Finally bought the Cab Lights

I have been kicking around the idea of adding clearance lights to my 2010 F-150. I finally spoke with a friend who is an auto body guy and he is gonna do the drilling and mounting of the lights. I went with the Recon Ford style smoked lights. My question is where should I tap the wire into my parking lights? At the switch or I read about on the Super Duties on the passenger kick panel? Thanks for the help, lights will be here on Thursday.

Ive been thinking about adding some to my 97. I'd just attach at the switch.

I've always loved cab/clearance lights, I just never could bring myself to drilling into my roof. Be sure to post up pics of how they turn out!
