Default Factory Remote start not working

Will having a check engine light on keep the factory remote start from working on my 2012 eco screw? I read online that this is the case for gm factory starts.

I could be very possible, its the same for Dodge, as well as fuel level.

Sounds like it's time to have your dealership take a look, markab71. Keep us posted on your outcome.
