The article says a raptor starts at 44k. Is that true? I thought they were a lot more expensive.

I've yet to see one at that price. I guess they do start there but most people don't get the SCAB Raptor without a single option, plus most of the ones I've seen on dealer lots are loaded with every option and stickered in the mid $50k range.

or you do like my local dealer did and add the stickers, they took in a 2010 silver truck and added graphics (it came in with the wheels and tires), i think it's false advertising if you ask me

If it was 44k I would be driving one lol. They say their predator is cheaper. But 16k + 35k for a loaded xlt and you may as well get a raptor

if an F150 XLT 2wd Supercrew runs around 28-30K and this Predator package runs 16.5K you're lookin at 44.5-46.5K....the cost of a Raptor! makes no sense IMO.

Not true at all anyone looking to supercharge their Raptor would be way better off with a 5.0 than a 6.2 as the 6.2s really do not live well under pressure. More to the point the 5.0 is by FAR the best motor\platform to build big HP in the F-150 lineup.

I think the raptor is pretty ugly too, mainly because of the body, this looks a little better in that regard. However i think that grill is looking at me funny.
