Default f150 interior

I have been impressed with the interior of the f150 for years now since 2009.

From the lower packages all the way up to platinum, limited, etc. the seats, dash, and center console all look crisp and fresh. Chevy and dodge interiors look so simple, cheap, and stuck in the 90s. Ford did a good job here.

I agree. I love all the silver and black accents in mine. Just a nice and simple but cool and contemporary look. There's lots of hard plastic but it's not cheap plastic like Dodge's. Mine is super solid too, no rattles except the passenger seat.

I hated my 09 Chevy's interior..Look at this:

I can't stand the middle folding arm rest/console in GM. There is no cover for it and if you put something in it, you can't fold it up without taking it out first. It is BS.

Glad I went with Ford!

The new interior on the Ram1500 is pretty nice. Especially the Longhorn.

Love my lariat, today has been about 40 degrees and rained all day......man those heated seats are nice. And I think if I fold the seat up I could sleep in the back section with all the room it has!

Yep, Ford's interior is years ahead of the competition.

I love how my '13 stx has very little upholstery other than the seats. I do not have the center console but rather the folding armrest that in the up position completes the bench seating. I totally dig the bench seat, rarely at all have I used the armrest folded down.

One of the issues my ex '99 has was the door handle padding and cover coming undone and the padded part of the door just below the front windows. The covering had come undone and was just terrible looking. Also the drivers door handle was cracked. Just a poor design to last over time.

The '13 will never have those issues. It is a much better design and I am confident it was stay like new for many years to come.

I also much prefer the hidden storage area under the middle of the bench seat. It is very discreet. I actually do not believe my salesman even knew it was there. I happily discovered it on my own after coming home with the new truck.

I also really like the flat top dashboard, and the small area in the center than is good for holding an odd or end like sunglasses.

All in all the interior of the new truck is head and shoulders above the '99 design.
