Default F150 Does me Proud

I work up north and drove home last night in a raging blizzard. The drive consists of a hilly winding bush road, a winding secondary paved provincial road, and various single and double lane highways. The roads were ice covered and blown in. Open areas were wind polished to a shining glare, and in most cases I was breaking trail.

I put her in 4 high and headed for home, my baby was sure footed and confidant. While I did have to slow down to the posted speed limits, it was more for my own comfort, the truck had no problems handling polished ice and heavy drifts.

Way to go baby! Exactly why I purchased this truck and it did it's job handily. It's too bad no Chevy owners were brave enough to try the drive, I had my tow strap ready to pull them out...

Thanks for a positive post. Good to hear that there are other happy F150 owners out there.
