Same thing happened on the rear drivers side of my 2013 this morning. 20 mins after leaving my house with the rear defrost on with an outside temp of -7C.

Brutal.

This on top of a couple of other issues in the last couple of months, and I started having thoughts about a GM or Dodge replacement.

I refused to turn mine on anymore, no use taking the chance to have to fight Ford with their hit an miss replacement policy.

My fuse is pulled so I can't turn it on. I don't think this is an issue on the 15-16's, is it?

I pulled the fuse but missed the heated mirrors. I reinstalled the fuse and unplugged the wires for the window behind the seat. My mirror/rear window button doesn't light up but I think it still works.

How is it that the Ford Rep that monitors this site has not chimed in about this. Brittany from Ford Customer service where are you ?
