Greetings,
I'm looking to install cat back dual exhaust on my super cab '10 XLT 5.4. I'd like same side exit behind rear tire. My questions revolve around sound. Ideally I would like something that sounds solid but doesn't annoy the neighbors. At the same time when I do drop the hammer I want the truck to really bark. Not sure I can find the best of both worlds. I don't care about name brands but do want quality. Thanks for any and all help!

Have you thought about removing the resonator, should bark plenty with that 5.4 👍

 

I wanted the exact same thing and went with a Corsa db. Fits perfect, fairly quiet putting around town but growls when you get on it.

i though they didn't have a resonator, the reason the 11+ guys get the 09-10 pipe to do the resonator delete.
