Default exhaust problems

I am wanting to buy a solo performance 4" exhaust to install on my 5.0L 2012 f150, but I had some exhaust work done and they cut the freaking exhaust flange off. Wtf! So what should I do?

Well welding it on is right!

Any exhaust kits that I have bought that come with clamps I installed with them then bring to a shop to have it welded.
