What's the best exhaust for a 2010 with a 4.6l 3V?

Can you define what you mean by "best"?

Ok, I don't meant to be a pain, but that doesn't help much. Sound quality is very subjective. Do you like it loud? Raspy? Rumbly? Drone? (aka internal resonance?). Do you have a budget in mind?

Your best bet is to do a Youtube search for your engine, and you'll find a ton of videos with samples. That will give you a good idea and you'll be able to narrow if down a bit. Magnaflow, Borla, Flowmaster all have distinct sounds and within those brands they have a wide variety.

Your budget will also help narrow down your choices. You can spend $100 on a new muffler or $2000 on a whole catback with tips and pipes. For example, I chose Flowmaster because it was cheap and loud, but some people don't like that. I'm thinking of swapping my Flowmaster for a Borla muffler I got at Amazon for $100. I already have all the pipes and tips I like so I don't need or want the whole system. But my sound "quality" will be different than if I bought a Roush exhaust, for example. Different. Not better or "best".

The more information you provide, the better recommendations you'll get. Otherwise you'll be wasting your time.

Good luck.
