Default Which ESP to buy?

I've been looking at both www.floodfordesp.com and www.zeiglerfordesp.com at their maintenance plans and would like some input from you guys!

I've got a 2011 XLT 2wd ecoboost that is my daily driver. I bought it new in October 2011 and it's got about 34,500 miles so the factory warranty is about to run out. It spends most of it's time on the highway taking me to and from work and I treat her nice with regular maintenance.

Until now the only issue I had was the rear-defrost sensor going out so Ford replaced the entire back window. Everything runs great but I'd like any future issues to be covered so I don't end up eating a huge repair bill.

Any recommendations on which plan and coverage to get? I was leaning toward the premium/extra tier but would like a second opinion.

Thanks,

I just bought mine last week and skipped what the dealer was offering because I heard about these sites. I'd be interested if there were any promo codes floating around too that anyone knew about.

I did Lumbard, Flood and Zeigler. Flood spanked the others by a few hundred bucks. Started with 6 yrs/75000 miles/$100 deductible and came to $860 versus $1100-$1200 from the others. Going to mess around with the numbers some more before I commit.

I did a comparison yesterday, FLOOD and ZEIGLER were the cheapest.

ZEIGLER was $50 more than Flood, and I'm sure if you called Bob cline, he'd match any price out there. i've bought 3 ESP's from Zeigler.

There was a "CL" code on the ZEIGLER site that saved you $200.

contact bob cline at Zeigler Ford. I'll ask him if he has any new codes.

I just emailed BOB CLINE at Zeigler about any new promo codes, and to see if he can match Flood Ford's price.

Cool Greg. That would be nice. Do you have his contact info handy? I am guessing prices vary a lot by state and vehicle. Mine still has just under 300 miles.

Thanks,
Scott, when you say maintenance plans are you talking about oil changes or warranty extension ? There is a difference in the plans. I'm guessing by the previous post's you are talking about an extended warranty. If that's it you got the good answers, and of course go with the genuine Ford warranty at the premium care level. If your buy, buy the best. It only cost a little more to go first class.

Default ZeiglerFordEsp Promo Code GREGH

ok, here's a new code I got just for you guys, you can play around with it and see where you can get the best deal. $210 off already discounted price. *****THESE ARE FOR THE ESP's not maintenance plans.*****

From ZEIGLERFORD. if you use the promo code GREGH

A special code just for me and the forums (and where Bob can track to see if his forum advertising is working).

that will save you $210 off the already discounted price.

ALSO, if you compare with different online dealers, make sure the RENTAL COVERAGE is either included or excluded. On the ZeiglerFord site, you have to uncheck it (to take off $35 extra). On the Flood Ford site not sure.....

at the $210 off, I think the dealer is making $50 (not alot compared to what the finance guy wanted)

or you can call (269) 685 5800 x 1208 and speak to Bob.

He's always given me the best deal.

Greg
