Just a short $.02 worth you said you put the original tires and wheels back on its possible that if you didnt put them back in the same location they were then there could be a slight tread wear differance which will go away very soon. I have seen this happen after a reguler tire rotation and I woulden let it bother you unless it persist or gets worse

You can check and see if the TSB would fix your problem - its VERY easy to reproduce.
Find a section of highway with a sweeping left exit, and take it at 35-40 MPH. The wheel will feel like its sticking - it won't return on its own to the center. The truck doesn't actually PULL to the left, but the steering motor won't recenter it on its own either.
It also won't do this to the right - ONLY on wide, sweeping high speed turns.
You can also get it to do this if you just twitch the wheel to the left a little bit - it will continue going to the left until you recenter it.
if it's doing that, you are definitely eligible for the TSB that replaces the steering rack.

What part of he had an alignment check done and nothing was out of spec?? Bent tie rod huh? You idiots are clueless and are the reason people get dicked up information. You are NOT Mechanics, don't try and play one with your idiot responses. So if someone is sick you assume they have Aids and should go to the hospital asap??
To the op, make sure you wade through the crap before you believe anything on these forums. Half of these retards think they are in the know when they don't have a clue. Some people have decent info and feedback and there are several of us CERTIFIED Ford/ASE/MILITARY techs on here. We will give you the straight scoop.
You have done the correct actions to try and diag a slight normal pull vs an alignment being out. A minimal pull can be had when the steering wheel is hands free and or brakes applied. Just depends on the road. Your observations and information ALONG WITH THE ALIGNMENT SPECS show that there is nothing wrong with the front end of the truck.
As you can see even though the alignment is on, the tech you took it to and this guy right here say it is fine you still have morons that think your epas is bad and you have bent suspension components.
Epas is new to to these trucks and the only indicating symptoms are increased effort in turns, losing p/s, the steering wheel locking up and clunking on one side. It is hard to say if every truck will be affected but at this point there have been numerous replacements and failures (mine included) which should IMO be escalated to higher than a TSB. Just things to keep an eye on

Motox, I didn't see his thread about the reallignment. Sorry, but I saw where he wrecked this wheel and tire and knowing from past experience I has further problems. Maybe his curb wasn't 8/10" high like the one I hit/jumped over, because of a motorist texting and driving. GRRRRRRRR those who do that ! I don't bother with you again junior! Sorry for your trouble. Just saying !
