Engine stumble and check engine light

Thanks everyone, I really do appreciate everyone's comments. @UlrichWolf , when I start from cold, I don't hear a rattle. However, when it's idling for a few minutes, and I give the gas a quick press and release, I do hear a slight rattle for half a second and it goes away. Otherwise, the engine sounds fine. This little rattle happens at any time, and only with a quick burst of gas. I'm not sure if it's a rattle on heat shield, or..

The video I provided above does sound a little loud for my liking, but I'm not clear if the sound is from injectors or not.

I will check out that link @Foot0069.

I guess what I'm also wanting to know is whether or not a bad timing could come and go, i.e. caused the check engine light and stumble, but it was a "one off", and I may not even see that again? Chances?

To add insult to injury, when driving into work today my left signal started blinking fast, the dreaded "you need to replace bulb". Then, the signal worked fine again...… man
