engine seized or transmission locked up?
My 2010 Ford F150 543 starter went out took a little while to remove the old starter a bolt broke in the starter housing the truck was in the driveway it was winter horrible couple weeks decided to do spark plugs oil change tranny filter and fluid change since the truck wasn't moving for a little. About 3 weeks later put the starter on starts right up let it idle ,get the oil flowing .go for test drive and it wants to stall at low rpm then the oil pressure light starts going on at idle give it gas goes back to normal. timing job done not long ago the oil pump is not even a year old. so let it idle for good 20 minutes , now I really need to go to town this is our only vehicle,i hit the highway was cruising good for about 5 MI and it started stalling oil pressure gauge at zero, the truck then stalled completely I pulled off the highway put the truck in neutral let it coast to a stop as far away from the highway as possible . once stopped I put in park and tried⁵y my to start the engine again and it just clunked tried a few more times clunk I can tell immediately that the flywheel was not turning so I thought maybe the battery was too dead to turn the starter . so got my jump starter box and another car to jump start nothing just clunk. I tried turning the crankshaft with not possible seems my engine is seized . I check the oil it's still good , no shiny in itcheck the transmission fluid still good no shiny, i have no idea what happened I'm at a dead end. is my engine done with could it possibly be my transmission is stuck. Has this ever happened to anybody or does anybody have any advice or how I can go about diagnosing this problem
Sounds like the engine seized to me. You could try putting a breaker bar and socket on the crank pulley and see if it'll turn by hand but typically when you lose oil pressure and continue to run the motor they lock up.

Disconnect the battery, remove the starter, and THEN see if you can turn the engine with a ratchet.
If you can not, use an inspection camera and see if anything is jamming the flex plate, especially at the bottom.
