Timing chain was replaced roughly a year and a half ago new coils were put on four five and six two test for problem.

I would look at the variable cam timing on bank 2, could be a bad VCT solenoid.

What are the actual codes? The PCM can throw a variety of codes relating to the camshaft position sensors so knowing which code you have is important. How have you verified that the camshaft position sensor is working?

OP hasnt been logged in like 3 years.

Your best bet would be to start a new thread but the sensor intermittent along with all 3 cylinders misfiring my first thought is a harness issue
