Default Eibach vs Bilstein

Looking at doing a level kit and shocks while I am at it. Was initially thinking Boss coilovers and bilsteins but don't really wanna spend the money right now. So though Bilstein all around until I saw that eibach has a set up for leveling as well. I am looking at adding the RAS active suspension as well and what to know what people think about eibach compared to the 5100s as I have read that the RAS and 5100s work great together.

What do you guys think?

Oh I have a 2014 FX4 with the 6.5 bed and ecoboost motor FYI

Make sure it actually fits a 14. To my knowledge Bilstein hasnt come out with the kit for 14's yet. The shock mount is different on 14's than 09-13.

I found one that says it does, but I'll double check.

Check the part number and cross reference with Bilstein (if thats what youre looking at). Just because an ad says something doesnt mean its accurate, especially on ebay or something...

The Eibach kit is 14-16, you can see the bottom on the strut mount has a tab with 2 bolt holes that mount. 09-13 have the standard hole in the strut mount and uses a bolt through it. Just looked at Bilstein again and nothing yet for 14+

I doubt you can go wrong with Eibach , they make the coil springs used by F150 lifts and FOX and probably many others .... Tell you the truth ...the shock will be far better than stock but the stiffer coil spring is what will make you happy ...
