I personally like the way the Gibson Metal Mulisha sounds, but dont own it. MBRP is popular.

I have an EcoBoost also and would never put an aftermarket exhaust on it. Every EcoBoost I've heard with an aftermarket exhaust sounded crappy..... Like it was trying to mimic the sound of a larger engine but just not accomplishing it. Very annoying sound if you ask me. I'm sure some will chime in and tell me I'm wrong, but I haven't been proven wrong yet. I guess it's all about personal preference and what sounds good TO YOU. It's like putting another exhaust on a V6 Mustang and trying to get the 5.0 sound. It just won't happen.

^this. Leave it stock. I never understand why guys put fart cans on their ecos. You can justify it all you want and claim it sounds good, but the reality is it sounds like ***.

I will pile on with the last 2 guys and say that none of the aftermarket exhaust systems I have heard on an ecoboost sound very good. I personally like to hear the woosh of the turbos instead of the exhaust and think that stock exhaust provides a good balance of both.

It's all about personal taste. I prefer it to be louder than stock. The 4" MBRP with resonator delete will definitely be louder than stock. It doesn't sound like *** or a fart can, but it doesn't sound like the rumble of a V8 either (other than at idle). If you expect any exhaust on the Eco V6 to sound like a V8, it ain't gonna happen. Exhausts are hard to tell by video alone. If you can find someone near you, I'd suggest that instead.

Leave it stock, not one aftermarket exhaust system has yet to even sound remotely good.

As stated, all of them sound terrible. Use the money towards something that actually does the truck some good.

Leaving it stock is your best bet.

I vote leaving it alone also. It is your money to waste by replacing a perfectly good working part but why would you want to? Save the money for when things start to break. Plus if you start putting aftermarket parts on when you are back on here complaining of this and that issue in two years Ford and all the forum nags will be trying to blame it on you and your mods. Why give em the chance?
