Default E Locker connector on rear axle

Does anyone know how to reconnect the two wires back to the connector? Do they just push in and make a connection?

I don't think so, man.
Doesn't that black piece you're holding in your hand come apart; isn't it a "snap" connector?
I would guess you'd have to get another connector; and splice it into the wires (being careful of which wire is which).

The black piece is a solid piece. I had to get a new one because the part that the bolt goes through to hold it into the differential housing broke. And I pulled the old one out (not knowing that it had wires connected to the it on the inside of the pumpkin). But I will check when I get back home to see if it’s a snap connector

The connector is 2 pieces. Looks like you pulled a little too hard on those wires. Not sure if there's enough extra wire there to crimp new pins in place for a new connector. You might just have to buy the whole assembly.

Yeah I did pull them a little too hard. I really hope I can get the wires in the new connector. There’s no telling what a whole new assembly will cost

And how do I know which wire goes in which pin? And what would it hurt if I just left them unhooked?
