Dynapro rf10 or Trailrunner AT
Just got my truck and Goodyear dealer will give me good trade in on my Fortitude HTs. Looking for a light a/t tire nothing aggressive, can get the Hankook RF10 or the Goodyear Trailrunner for a good price plus rebate. Anyone got any input on either?
I really, really like my Hankook Dynapro RF10s! They have very good road manners, grip well when I've been offroad, and are quiet. This is my second set since I had some on my previous truck, and they are quite a bit better than the stock Scorpions. I was shopping a lot of different tires before buying these again (BFG AT, Michelin ATX, etc.), but I didn't see any major advantages especially given the price differential. The BFG AT is probably more durable if you do a lot of offroading (due to the number of plies), but I did not want the additional weight since I primarily drive on road and did not want worse mileage.
Thanks for the info. I am actually going to try the Trailrunners, getting a good deal on them. They sort of look like a mash up of the duratrac sidewall, with a little bit of the Adventure and Fortitude mixed in. We'll see, hopefully they are decent tires!
