I am looking to replace the factory head unit with a 6.5-7" DVD receiver and looking for recommendations. The factory one is the standard one, non Sony. I don't need nav as I use my iPad for that but would like built in Blue Tooth and keep the steering wheel controls. Preferably a double din unit. Crutchfield has a couple well reviewed Pioneers but look for some other F150 opinions. If you have pics of your install that would be cool to see.
