I'm still waiting for my ordered truck so I did not know you could not add addresses to the nav system while you are moving. ( how dumb is that)
This thing sounds like a must have, will have to give them a call and get some info on install.

You can still enter in street address destinations via SYNC voice recognition while in motion. SYNC allows you to do most everything in motion, onceyou learn how to use it well. This is only a MUST have if you must have DVD in motion and rear view camera at speeds >~5mph (and/or the extra add on capabilities).
My truck came in yesterday
and I just started reading about Sync voice recognition last night. It is quite amazing what that thing can do. My sales guy never mentioned any of that, (don't think he knew) The whole Nav system and sony stereo is well worth the money once you realize all it can do.

I got my truck on Saturday (Black Lariat w/Navigation), and I'm getting more and more proficient using the Sync system. I understand the reasoning behind them disabling certain features while in motion, but I wish they could have found a way of enabling them if there was someone in the passenger seat (I know that probably would have made it too easy to defeat). I had a Kenwood DNX8120 unit in my old truck, and my wife would constantly use the nav features while I drove. (Of course we "bent" the rules and had the DVD enabled while moving too. We had a 13-hour drive a couple of weeks ago, and she watched DVD's the entire time).
The Sony system is great, and I love that it's a factory install, but I wish they would add two things my Kenwood had: The ability to play Video from my iPod classic, and Spoken Traffic alerts.
