I'm just looking for opinions from other truck owners that are towing similar to me about there servicing regimen. I thought that was the whole idea off being part of a forum like this????? If you have nothing constructive to say maybe you should just ignore the post and move on to the next one????

Even with regular towing, I wouldn't change either of those until 100k miles, unless you're experiencing issues already. 30k miles is extreme overkill.
I'd personally recommend 36k if you tow fairly often, 50k if you don't. My 02' Mountaineer had a "filled for life" transmission and the oil was nasty at 50k when I bought it and the previous owner never towed. For me 36k is every 3-4year so I don't mind spending the 150-200$ worth of fluids and a saturday afternoon for a great peace of mind!
