Default Drivers door electrical issues.

Hey all.
2014 F-150 XLT 4x4, 5.0L, Auto. All stock. (far as I know)

Just picked up a new to me truck, and noticed a few issues. Guess In my excitement I didn't realize the drivers door speaker was not working, and the mirror adjustment wasn't working. Was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts before I tore it all apart. I took a look at the connector, wiggled wires with the radio on, no change, didn't help the mirror either. Just curious if anyone had some insight.

You're really best off to pull the sheathing from the door conduit and inspect the wiring.

The wiggle test works sometimes, but usually you find wiring snapped clean off in that door conduit. Here's how my driver's rear door conduit wiring looked on my '09 -

Ouch. Pulled the sleeving back on mine and gave it a quick look, didn't notice anything off the bat, I'll have to give it a better look this weekend though.

Yeah, I had to dig into mine pretty good to find the issue....not an uncommon issue on a lot of cars though.
