Default Drive truck with remote start function

Is there any way to disable the driving restrictions that are set after the remote start? So you could drive the truck after you start it with the remote start? Without the key in the ignition. that would be pretty cool...don't know how hard or if this is even possible to do...anyone done this before??

What would be the point? You'd still have to have the keys with you...

What xx says. You need the key to unlock the steering, and shifter. I understand what you saying, but it won't work.

Imagine watching some thief drive away your truck --- how cool would that be ?

You need the key in the ignition to unlock the steering wheel and shifter anyway.

Yeah not cool. You'd have to unlock the steering wheel, and disable the cutout on the brake lamp switch. Then anyone could pretty much walk away with your truck.

I'm sure the '15 will have keyless start anyway, so that might be your answer.
