Default Drive Train Problem??

My 2010 5.4 Crew 32k miles has developed a "baby rattle" sound in the front end. Happens sporadic around 40-50 under acceleration only. Take your foot off the gas & it stops. Seems to happen after it's sat overnight most of the time. Haven't ran it in to Ford yet. Any ideas boys?
