Dumb question: I have to take the door label off to get to the spots where the double sided tape needs to be used, correct?

Any steps to guide me along that process? Thinking of fixing the rattle in my drivers side door on the next warm day...

Thanks!

Yes....a door panel removal how-to would be helpful.

Yes. Instead of "taping" the door panel's "hook", I placed the rubber tape on the door (bent the tape over the lip of the holes, made of metal). That way the adhesive will stick better/longer (I'm supposing) than trying to stuff the tape into those panel hooks.

Yep, I think I'll pick up some foam tape and give this project a shot. My door panels are rattling like crazy, idiot friends keep slamming the doors.

I did both for max coverage. Better overkill than underkill for something like this

I'm going to give this a shot here soon without a doubt. Hope I have as good of results as everyone else. Hopefully I can figure out what happened to cave in my left armrest lol.

This is what I was thinking. I like it!

I just did the driver's door on my truck and so far it is 100x more solid than before. Now time to do the other 3!
