Default Door lock failure
What are the symptoms of the door actuator failing? My rear drivers door will not unlock via the electric switch. It will unlock/lock by manually pushing/pulling. Ive watched some youtube videos and I think I can handle replacing it. Just wondering if it may just be a rod that has come loose or something. Anyone have any experience doing this????

It's usually broken wires running into the door rather than the actuator.

You stated it will not unlock, will it lock?

Can you hear the actuator trying to work inside the door?

it only lock/unlocks manually. I don’t hear anything when button is pushed.
