Default Door issue?

Just noticed last night that you can't open the pass. side rear door from the inside. Tried the child saftey lock in both positions several times and it won't open. A little embarrassing since we had our good friends for a ride (showing off our new truck) w/us. We both bought new 08 Tundras at the same time and and he was giving me a little grief about the trade lol. Anyway anyone else have this issue or know what it might be. I guess off to the dealer on Mon.

What size cab? If it is an extended cab, you can't do it until the front door is open.

Thanks, I think the only thing i am doing wrong is trying to get out the pass. side door (guess I should use the drivers side lol) I do think Ford did something wrong tho lol. Maybe I am doing something wrong but I have tried unsccessful to open it from the inside. It's like the handle came disconnected from the latch.

I have a 2010 Screw and found that the backseat passenger doors don't unlock until either I personally hit the unlock button twice or until I open my driver's door. And by that I mean when I have a couple of passengers and we drive to a store or something and when we all try to get out of the truck, the back passengers can't get out until I open my door. Maybe this a child's safety lock in play that I can disable. Not sure. Haven't bothered to mess with it yet.

Mike,
Take a look at SCSrew's post in this thread. Yours might be a similar issue.
