Door handle w/ keypad installation
I own a 2013 ford f150 regular cab STX and was wondering if I buy this part is it possible for the keypad to be activated in my truck?

I would have the dealer check to see if they can even program the truck for the keypad first.
I remember reading back that 2011 trucks were not able to have the keypad activated after the fact. Only the keypad worked in trucks that came from the factory with the keypad in the first place. Something about the programming in the software was not accessible by the dealer, and was available for the factory only.
You should also check to see if you have the plug in the wire harness in your door. Otherwise it should be an easy install if they can activate it, and have the plug in your harness. Remove your original door handle, and transfer the lock cylinder to the handle with the keypad. Connect to the wire harness, and reassemble the door. Then take your truck to the dealer, and have the keypad activated.
Good Luck.
