I run a custom tune by mike for 93 octane and wen I rly get on it black smoke comes out of my pipes. Truck runs fine no problems Wat so ever just wondering if this is normal

Black smoke would be excesses fuel. Might be running rich from the tuner or other mods.

Most tunes are designed to dump fuel like that when the full throttle is detected. If you look at a dyno sheet where A/F ratios are present, you will see where that happens and generally comes back up to a more acceptable ratio.

Easiest way to know if it's normal though, is to call or email the tuner himself

Mine didn't dump a lot of smoke but it did enough to coat everything in back.

As previously said this is because you are running rich during WOT (to much fuel).

The reason mine did this is I had him write my tune for the cai that was added after my tune. Once I added the cai it cleared almost all of it.

If you have already added your cai have him re-write the tune (WOT portion). In the mean time you can advance the timing slightly.
