hope they didnt drill the hole in the leaf, it's not a big deal, but wow.....that's funny....don't let them do an oil change......40 litres of oil...we filled the tank for ya..

hellwig 7705 for the rear, instructions show the threaded hole in the shock cross tube that should have been used.....

+1. You seem to have worse luck letting people work on your truck than I do....Who would hook a sway bar end link to a leaf spring???

Before i bought my sway bars i called Hellwig and they told me 7704 in the front and 7899 in the back instead of 7705. He said since its raised 6" to go with 7899. Hope they still fit! I'm taking it back tomorrow with printed directions lol.

When I installed mine, there are holes already in the frame and the links go on the outside of the frame. When the links are attached to the bar, they end up being about 1" from the leafs, you have to slide the bar to achieve this.

ok, thats why your link ends are different/longer the rest of the kit is the same as 7705.. when your setting the adjustment try keeping the sway bar level/square with the frame.

Wow, that is incredibly, amazingly bad. I wouldn't let a shop like that even look at my truck through a window. Wow.

I wouldn't even give the shop the opportunity to "fix" this mistake. I installed my Hellwig rear bar on the street in front of the house. Took about 90mins using basic hand tools. The instructions are quite good. Try it...you can't do any worse!!

You may have to loosen the u bolts on the diff. for the sway bar to slide for the proper alignment. Just to clarify the u bolts that hold the sway bar to the diff.
