Royal Red XLT Long Box. I do not regret the regular cab. I was suprised at the amount of room there is behind the seat.

I have a 09 RCAB 4x4. I love it and i use the 4x4 probably 4 out of 7 days a week. There is actually alot of room behind the seats of a RCAB. Hello,
This is my second post to the forum, I did an introduction earlier. I am picking up my new F140 RC XLT 4x4 next week. This is my forth F150 that I have owned, my first 4x4. My last two trucks were F150 SC XLT w/8' box (extended wheel base). My experience has been that I use the box more than the extra seats in the cab so this time it will be a regular cab. I figured since I am spending less this time on a RC that I would treat myself to 4x4. Although for my use, I have only seen a need for 4x4 a couple of times per year but when you need 4x4 it sucks not having it. OK, if you are going with 4x2 I recommend a limited slip rear end. If you learn how to handle it on a slippery road you can get it going easier that a regular rear end. My last two 4x2 had limited slip rear end. As for the RC, only time will tell if I made the right decision. I really got fed up with driving a 20' foot truck around because the wife and daughter might want to go some where's with me in the truck. There is still room in the front for them if they really want to go. Here's a couple of pics of my truck at dealer... I am currently deployed and won't get home until next week. I ordered this truck in January.
I'll let everyone know in 6 months if I think the reg cab was a good move.

Hello all...I'm new to the forum, this is my first post. I do happen to have a 2010 Reg Cab F-150 XLT. Since I took these pics I have changed the aftermarket nerf bars to Ford OEM. Maybe some day I'll get some bigger rims.I also have a Truxedo Lo Pro cover.
