Samantha if that's her name needs to take lessons in understanding the English language! She hasn't once got a name right in my cell phone's address book. I say call Maria and she'll call random names in my address book that aren't even close to Maria and I speak pretty clearly. I divorced her after the first week of owning my truck, now I just do everything manually.
Choosing music or calling someone? I'm surprised if it ever works. I never use voice dial anymore because I dont know who I'll end up calling.

Recently I have found that things go a lot better when you don't talk so loud or try to enunciate so much. Therefore: To play artist say "playartist". For play album say "playalbum". For play song say "playsong". Once you've slurred the command words together she seems to have a lot more patience about hearing your actual selection. Hope this helps. It worked for me.
