Oh, I do. Not much traffic where I live. Even on the skinny road, I'm usually on cruise.
When I get downstate, it's all stop/go, and I'll do a reset with the tuner. Can be fun, if ya know what I mean.

This procedure is not limited to vehicles (f-150 or otherwise) with ecoboost engines.

I tried the throttle position reset and it seemed to help for a few days and now it's doing it again. I'll have to try the battery and the sensors next.

Whichever way you do it, the truck will relearn, and revert back to normal driving habit, usually in a couple hundred miles or so in my case. I don't like it, but I try to be easy on it normally, and just reset when the possibility of wanting to get on it is there, like stop/go traffic. I'll reset in my wife's driveway when I'm in the Duhtroit area, I tend to drive a little more aggressive down there.
It's a case of the truck being a fast learner.

Default Learning throttle.

Have a son-in-law with a 2010 F350 Power Stroke. He says this truck often does this "learning" thing.

I've a 2013 F150 Eco and I've noticed the throttle lag issue. Methinks I'll give the reset procedure a try.

You have to drive aggressively in Detroit just to outrun the bullets. You're right on about the re-learn. It changes the ramp rate between the pedal and the throttle, but does nothing for WOT power. Also goes away over a couple days, unless you're flogging it all the time. I often see people with tuners posting that they are getting better WOT deflection angles after the reset, but its really moot. Lets say you have a TB that can flow 700 CFM (random number) and you are pedal to the metal at 4000 rpm and drawing 500 CFM. Who cares if the blade is only open 92% ? It's still not restricting the airflow.

LOL, if my truck would do better than 3250 ft/sec, I'd be making money with it!

Ya, WOT is not affected at all once it gets going. It will downshift quicker depending on the throttle position, but power is not affected.
