Default Defrost issues

Had the defroter on this morning. I have dual air control. Driver side was on. But only blowing warm air on passenger side. Clicked on passenger side control. Just to see..but still the same problem. Can I fix this or do I need to take it somewhere? I have ESP but doubt this would be covered.

Check your ESP documentation, if you have the premium care ESP it should be covered, otherwise it's a very expensive repair.
