Question Default Gauge Display

On my 2011 F-10 S-Crew 4x4 the center guage (the one you can switch from gas milage to towing to 4x4, etc) used to always default to my last used guage - i.e. if I left it on instant MPG the next time I started the truck it would be on instant MPG. For an unknown reason it has suddenly reverted to "Default Trailer" as the default guage. There is no trailer connected, and when I do connect the trailer everything works as it should. However, "Default Trailer" is now ALWAYS the guage that shows when I start the truck. Does anyone know if there is a way to set the default gauge shown at startup?

I've had this happen .... here is how to fix it. I am not at my trucjk, so I am writing this down as I remember it, may not be 100% accurate, but I hope it's good enough. If not, let me know, I can update this later. Here is how I remember it:
With the engine off, but the ignition turned on, go to "truck Apps", and then press the right button to go to the trailer screen. There, select "default trailer" or something like that instead of a trailer that you have given a name.
Good luck.

I actually had to set it to "No Trailer Connected" but now it works like I remember. Like you, I thought "Default Trailer" would work but no luck.. In any case... problem solved. Thanks!
