I would but the rims I have picked out only come in 10s

A -12 rim will stick out the same regardless of how wide it is... I don't think you should have any rub issues with a 33 on it except MAYBE a lil plastic in the inner fender but it'd be back inside the fender well where it could be made to look like a factory cut where you'd never notice but I don't think you're going to have to trim. If you had a -24 10" rim then ya you'd prolly definatley have to trim
