I have a 2013 with my ford touch and nav. I recently have been getting 2 little blue lines next to the selection box in the LCD screen next to the speedometer. I took the truck in today and had them do the my ford tsb and got the new maps. I had the look at the LCD screen and when they got done it was fine they figured the reset fixed it but a little while later they came back. Has anybody else seen these?

 

Given that it's under warranty .....

What did the dealership service department say?

They said to let them know if it came back but they'd never seen it before. It was fine when I left the dealer and then about an hour later I started it up and the little blue lines were back. Thought I'd research it before calling them.
