I just googled it the co. is based in Tiawon republic of China they show a prety picture and make a bunch of outragious claims but no info about how it works or what it does and since ther is no way to measure miles to the volt I will pass on this bottle of snake oil

As far as mileage its really not noticeable from my logs it's about 15-20 miles more than before so not too much but the power difference is very noticeable
