Default Cv axle help

Can somebody please give me some insight on removing these cv axles on a 2010 F150? I literally just need to remove them from the front diff and cannot figure out how to do this, since they no longer have the bolts like they used too.

Should be able to pop it loose with a stiff pry bar between the inner cv housing and differential, it's held in by a circlip just like most front wheel drive cars, shop manual says to attach a slide hammer to pop it out.

Just gotta give it hell, pry bar, slide hammer, etc. You can reuse the clip if you are just putting the old CV back in, a new CV will have the clip included.

Sometimes a brass punch and hammer is easier. If you don't have a brass punch a block of wood can be used as a substitute
