For a show truck take it apart powder coat everything underneath then put it back together. I would vote a deep red to compliment the black. But I think its a winner as it is. Why adjust perfection and make it so you can not use it everyday. 50,000 dollars from now it is not going to be worth what it is now as it is useable.... But I am old and want to drive my truck everyday....

To hell with paint bro....pull it all apart and powder coat every piece of the suspension a dark shadow grey metallic. It will hold up much better to scratching and will be alot easier to wipe clean.

Yea that's what they do. They take it apart and paint it. And I can still use it daily. Paint is lifetime warranty at the shop. I don't plan on getting rid of it tell like 6-7 years down the road. I'm not worry about resell.

Me again. Looking at your picture you posted of your truck... there are only two things I would do different than you.

1) Loose the windshield sticker

2) LEAVE TRUCK AS IS. LOL

Seriously... I cannot really comment on lifts as high as 10 inches like you want as I do not care for the Monster Truck look-alikes... but the way you have your's set up is basically King of the Road. Meaning that... you've not gone as far as the "after" pictures you posted that are MT wannabee's ( politically correct slang ) but keeping as is is more of a " Regular " street truck done up to max without sterioids like the " after " pictures you posted. Am I making sence?

I guess for me I dont care for really high lifted trucks. Someone could put a cheap and expensive bowls of chocolate Ice cream in front of me and I'll dislike both as I dont care for chocolate.

But... if its showtruck theme you want to go with... then go for it. It is what it is. You want bad *** bigger than yours street daily truck... then keep as is.

edit too add... looking at the last picture of the red/orange truck on the high stainless siccor lift... I would stop and take a second look. It is eye appealing.
