Custom Ordering?
is it possible to custom order a truck from the factory? i read a couple of posts here that sate that they built their trucks and are waiting a few months to pick them up? what does this mean? they go to a dealer and tell them exactly what they want, then the ford factory pumps it out? i cant find one on a lot that has the options i like and colors. i dont mind waiting but none of dealers have giving me the option of getting from the factory.

Yes and no. If it's within options on that model, yes... but you will not be able to order features outside of what's available to that model (such as power retracting running boards on a STX).
