i can tell you this, their process is a joke. install the status checker and when installation is complete, wait for a second installation complete that may or may not show up. and it may say installation failure but that is ok. ignore that. this process and their instructions suck!

trying to figure out if my sync version is up to date. i loaded the sync checker and loaded it back to the website and it shows the same version from what i can tell. not sure how to tell if it is current or not. anyone have an idea? i don't see an option to download any updates

Oh and to larryt
Keep trying It took me several tries oh and you gotta select the correct version of sync for the system you have. I only have sync, default instructions given are for My Ford Touch and it's not the same.

Sync VersionGen1 - V4.1.2.F with my 2013 XLT, did my update and Sync Status checker blah blah just a couple weeks back.
I wish they had a more clear cut way of knowing what the current versions are supposed to be, just give us a goofy listing.
